she first met Elvis when she was only five years old, in 1961,
when her family was invited,
to join Elvis and a group at the local fairground,Elvis came over and shook hands with her family and patted ginger on the head.
next time they met was on the 19Th November 1976, when she was 20 years old,Gingers sister Terry had a phone call from
George Klein asking her if she would like to meet Elvis.as she didn't want to go alone she took her other sister Rosemary and Ginger along with her,
when they arrived at Graceland they were escorted upstairs to Lisa's Marie's bedroom,they a wonderful evening,Elvis took them on a tour of the house,and sang and
read to them from his religious books.
they had only been together a few months,when Elvis proposed to Ginger on January 26Th 1977 at Graceland, and gave her an 11½ carat diamond engagement ring.
